Cancer Screening Fund
The Estes Park Health Foundation launched the Cancer Screening Fund to remove cost as a barrier for residents of the Estes Valley. Too often, individuals put off or skip critical screenings because they are underinsured or uninsured. With your generosity, the Foundation is making sure that everyone in our community has access to lifesaving screenings, regardless of their financial situation.
Diagnostic Imaging Center Remodel
In 2025, donors came together to celebrate 50 years of Estes Park Health and support the remodel of the Diagnostic Imaging Center at Estes Park Health. With more than $365,000 raised, including a record-breaking gala, the Foundation is making it possible to create a modern, welcoming, and patient-centered environment for all who need imaging services.

Thanks to you, patients receive high-quality cardiac care close to home, eliminating unnecessary travel and ensuring timely, life-saving evaluations.
Crowns for the Care
The Mrs. Rooftop Rodeo campaign set a new fundraising record, raising an incredible $120,109.53 to bring a needle-guided biopsy ultrasound to Estes Park Health. This vital piece of technology allows providers to perform minimally invasive biopsies with greater accuracy, giving patients answers more quickly and with less discomfort.

Program Development Fund
Donors like you invested in the future of our community by contributing to the Program Development Fund, a resource that makes it possible to launch new services at Estes Park Health. This fund allows our hospital to remain responsive and innovative, ensuring that when the Estes Valley needs new care options, we are ready.
Crowns for the Care
The Mrs. Rooftop Rodeo campaign raised a (then) record-setting $116,386.42 to replace the aging DEXA scanner at Estes Park Health. The previous scanner was out-of-date and no longer met the standards needed for accurate bone density testing, a crucial tool in diagnosing and treating osteoporosis.
Because of this record-breaking effort, residents can now access advanced bone health diagnostics close to home, another lasting legacy of the Mrs. Rooftop Rodeo campaign.

Fluoroscopy Campaign
Because of your generosity, the Estes Park Health Foundation replaced an outdated and failing fluoroscopy unit with new, state-of-the-art technology. Installed in June 2023, this machine provides real-time imaging that guides procedures, aids in diagnosis, and improves patient safety. Your gift ensured that patients have access to cutting-edge diagnostic imaging right here at home.

MRI
You helped raise more than $545,000 toward the $1.1 million needed for a new MRI machine. Installed in May 2022, the Siemens Altea wide bore 1.5T MRI now delivers faster scans, greater comfort, and exceptional image quality. This technology supports the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions, serving an average of 5–6 patients each day in the Estes Valley.
EMS Radios
When Rocky Mountain National Park updated its communication system, Estes Park Health EMS urgently needed new radios to stay connected during emergencies. Donors responded immediately, fully funding 12 radios and related equipment within weeks. Because of you, our EMS professionals can communicate seamlessly with park rangers and ensure safe, coordinated patient care.

In the midst of the pandemic, your generosity fueled Estes Park Health’s ability to respond quickly. Donor support funded protective equipment, retrofitted negative pressure rooms, purchased two in-house COVID-19 testing systems, covered the cost of tests for uninsured residents, and helped provide vaccine administration. Thanks to you, Estes Park was equipped to care for our community during its most critical moments.
3D Mammography Campaign
Your giving fully funded a 3D mammography system, dramatically improving breast cancer detection in our community. This advanced technology finds up to 65% more cancers than 2D imaging, and with early detection, survival rates increase dramatically. Because of you, lives are being saved.
Emergency Capacity Campaign
Together, we fully funded new cardiac monitors for EMS, trauma stretchers for the Emergency Department, and patient transporters. These tools empower providers to deliver safe, effective care when every second matters.
Wound Clinic
Gifts to the Foundation funded surgical-grade lighting, specialized equipment, and treatment devices for the Wound Care Clinic. This investment means patients with chronic wounds can heal close to home without traveling out of town for specialized care.
